Olufemi Falebita, President and Broker

Olufemi Falebita is the lead broker and co-founder of ERG.  He has been a seasoned and committed broker in the area for over 16 years. Having just started his real estate career during the depressed market of the late 1980s, his vision for the area and strong work ethic earned him his loyal clientele to this day. His experience in the real estate business includes the leasing and sales of commercial property; coops and condominiums; small to mid sized residential and multiple unit apartment buildings. His vast knowledge of the history of some of Brooklyn’s most well known areas – Downtown Brooklyn, Prospect Heights, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene and Crown Heights to mention a few –  make him a valuable asset to home owners, prospective home buyers, and area investors.

Felicia Falebita, Vice President and General Manager

As co-founder and vice president, Felicia Falebita brings over 5 years of construction and administration experience to ERG.  She gained knowledge in the area of construction project management while working as a construction coordinator for a large retailer and for a real estate developer.  At ERG she is responsible for several aspects of the business including business development, construction management and property management.
